When Allie jokingly asks Chase where Taylor is, Chase gets serious and tells Allie that he wants her in his life and that Taylor is out of his life.
Just when things are going smoothly at the party Chase gets a text message from Taylor informing him that she has arrived at the after-party. Chase immediately freaks out and tells his friends to get her to leave. While Chase tries to make good of an awkward situation with Allie, his good friend clutch is busy on the opposite side of the party.
After Taylor leaves, the party continues full steam and Chase steps out for a second to give Taylor a call. When Taylor picks up she is angry about being kicked out, Chase plays innocent and admits to not knowing about her getting kicked out at all. Their conversation is abruptly interrupted when Allie walks in and discovers what’s going on. When Allie realizes who he’s talking to she turns around and walks away. Chase does his best to stop her and explain, but he isn’t fast enough, and just misses her.
